Remember Me

Remember Me is a film of characters and emotions written by Rafa Russo and directed by Martin Rosete; a young spanish director who has made a name for himself in Spain directing notable short-films such as “Voice Over”. After moving to United States, Martin made his feature debut with the independent movie “Money” who has earned him over 25 awards in international Film Festivals, and a worldwide distribution through 20th century fox and Netflix.

Filmed in Europe and in the States, Remember me boasts an international cast led by Academy Award winner Bruce Dern (Maestro, Nebraska, The Hateful Eight, Django Unchained, Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood and many more,) and Golden Globe winner and star of HBO’s Succession, Brian Cox (Braveheart, Troy, The Bourne Legacy, Match Point, X-Men: Days of future Past, among countless others).

The movie follows Claude (Bruce Dern), an elderly widower who learns, that Lillian, (Caroline Silhol) the true love of his life, with whom he had a brief but very passionate love affair many years ago, has Alzheimer’s and is living now in a nursing home. The widower decides to fake his way into the nursing home to be with her, without telling anyone in his family, only a next-door neighbor and friend, equally aged, who becomes his “partner in crime” (Brian Cox).

AG Studios came in early in the project as co-producers; helping with the funding of the film while working hand in hand with the producers advising on the script and helping to put together this international cast.

Remember me came out in Spain on August 2nd and has since then been picked up by Universal Digital and is expected to be released on streaming platforms in the fall.
