Before being adapted on the big screen “The Father” was an award winner play written by Florian Zeller and incarnated in a masterful manner for over 3 years by Robert Hirsch, it then went on to be produced and played in over 35 countries. During that run the play received a formidable response from the public and won many prizes, including in New York and London where it was considered by The Guardian as “the most acclaimed play in the last decade”.
